3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using Google OAuth or by providing accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Premium Services and Billing
4.1 Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected during subscription.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5.1 Refund Conditions
Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:
- Significant technical errors that prevent access to paid features
- Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours

- Failure to pass Cambridge exams
- Lack of time to use the service
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Partial use of subscription period
5.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the qualifying issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our content
- Distribute or resell our materials without permission
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems
- Post inappropriate content in community features
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by PrepEnglishNow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Cambridge English exam names and formats are trademarks of Cambridge Assessment English. We are an independent preparation service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge Assessment English.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
PrepEnglishNow provides exam preparation services but does not guarantee exam success or specific scores. Your exam performance depends on many factors including your preparation, effort, and test-taking abilities.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding past use.
